    Boil pork until tender. Grill until charred.

    Chop pork finely. Pan-fry chicken livers and chop.

    Sauté onion. Add chopped meats and jalapeños.

    Add calamansi juice and mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Serve on sizzling plate. Crack raw egg on top.
