    Mix pork, shrimp, water chestnuts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

    Place filling in center of wrapper. Gather edges, leaving top open.

    Tip: Use an ice cream scoop.

    Flatten bottom so it stands upright.

    Steam for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
