Instructions

Make small cuts on underside of prawns to prevent curling.

Mix batter ingredients lightly. Keep lumpy and cold.
Tip: Over-mixing makes it heavy.

Heat oil to 350°F. Dip prawns in batter and fry until light golden.

Drain and serve immediately with tempura sauce.
