    Melt butter in 10-inch cast iron skillet. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly.

    Arrange pineapple rings in pan. Place cherries in centers.

    Mix cake batter with pineapple juice instead of water. Pour over fruit.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Flip onto plate while hot.

    Tip: Flip within 5 minutes or topping will stick.
