    Soak rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, drain.

    Stir-fry chicken until cooked, set aside.

    Cook shrimp until pink, set aside with chicken.

    Sauté vegetables until crisp-tender.

    Add noodles, soy sauce, and broth. Toss until noodles absorb liquid.

    Return meat to pan, toss together, serve with calamansi.
