Mix mochiko, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, eggs, green onions, and garlic.

Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Tip: Overnight is best for flavor.

Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan or wok.

Fry chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Tip: Dont overcrowd the oil.

Drain on wire rack and serve immediately.
