Kim chee fried rice is what you make when you have leftover rice and kim chee.

Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside, keep fat in pan.

Stir-fry kim chee for 2 minutes.

Add rice and break up clumps. Stir-fry until heated through.

Push rice aside, scramble eggs. Mix everything together.

Add bacon, sesame oil, and green onions.
