    Mix cornstarch with water until smooth.

    Heat coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.

    Add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Pour into an 8x8 pan and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.

    Cut into squares and serve.
