    Mix shrimp with bamboo shoots, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.

    Combine starches. Pour in boiling water and mix. Knead until smooth.

    Roll into thin circles. Add filling and pleat edges.

    Tip: At least 10 pleats is traditional.

    Steam for 6-8 minutes until translucent.
