    Mix all sauce ingredients together.

    Marinate pork strips for at least 4 hours, overnight preferred.

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pork on a rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.

    Roast for 25 minutes, flip, and roast another 20 minutes.

    Brush with remaining marinade mixed with extra honey, broil until charred.

    Tip: Watch carefully - it can burn quickly.
